How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to several EU countries and the UK. For other destinations, shipping costs depend on your delivery country and will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order. MaberLondon ships European orders from our Netherlands warehouse and UK orders from our UK warehouse, helping us keep delivery fast and reliable.

YES! As mentioned above, we offer free shipping to several EU countries and in the UK. 

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. We ship from the Netherlands and UK. Orders delivered within the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK typically arrive the next working day. For other countries, please allow approximately 2–4 business days for delivery.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly so that we can get your MaberLondon bag to you as soon as possible.

If you would like to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to cancel it. 

If your order has already been shipped, you can still follow our normal returns procedure after receiving it.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes. We want you to be happy with your MaberLondon purchase.

If your order is not quite right for you, we offer free return within 30 days. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for information about return periods, eligibility and how to send an item back.

Do MaberLondon bags come with a guarantee?

Yes. All MaberLondon handbags come with a 1-year guarantee from the date of purchase.

If your bag develops a manufacturing fault within this period, please contact us with your order details and, where possible, a photo showing the issue. Our team will review it and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
