Our return policy is valid for 40 days after delivery of your order. If 40 days have passed since your product(s) were delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Yes. All MaberLondon handbags come with a 1-year guarantee from the date of purchase.

If your bag develops a manufacturing fault within this period, please contact us with your order details and, where possible, a photo showing the issue. Our team will review it and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
